Stage 03.03
Using previously stated methods of identification, define two (2) zones within your final stage 02 composition. These zones do not need to relate to previously defined zones, and can be from various portions, or overlapping portions of the composition.
Think about how they might be placed or spliced together in space. Question everything: What alignments might occur? What are the benefits of the alignments? Are they offset from one another? Might they connect or collide? Do they have similarities? What are the differences? How might similarities and differences be used to best display the two zones' individual spatial/formal/tectonic properties? Should they remain as identifiable zones as you proceed, or should the begin to meld together?
Once you have defined the zones and thought about how they might be placed in space together, do so within your 3d program of choice, and have the digital model ready for discussion on Friday.
If you feel confident of your decisions, begin to physcially construct your study model.
